You can start using Atlas E-Banking after the Bank provides You Token with the issued certificate. Digital certificate is on Token, i.e. electronic equivalent of authorised persons signatures, which is used for confirming user’s identity. The Bank issues digital certificate on the request of the client, wich are responsible for making transactions.
